The Scientific area of the conference is HICC. The Trade and Hospitality area is the Hitex Trade Centre. Both of them are exclusive, yet, nestled in proximity.

Parking areas have been clearly designated. Kindly follow the signage. Valet parking facility is available on alighting for owner driven vehicles at owners risk.

Registration booths are at the entrance to the conference area in Hitech Trade centre. Kindly present the hard copy of your registration letter there. In case you do not have this, kindly quote your registration number and also present your photo identity.

Identification and security is a necessity and order of the day. Kindly cooperate with the security staff.

For security reasons, entry into the conference and trade areas is permitted to registered delegates with delegate badges only. Kindly wear your delegate badges in the Conference and Trade areas.

The delegate badges are bar coded. Identification is done by scanners. Please keep it safe. In case of loss of a delegate badge a duplicate badge is issued with a penalty of Rupees Five Hundred only. For duplicate badge approach the designated counters in the registration area.

The organizing committee humbly requests you to switch off your mobile phones in the scientific area of the conference. Avoid talking in the lecture hall; this may disturb the speaker and other delegates.

Please do not take children into the lecture halls. Let us maintain decorum and respect the sanctity of the proceedings.

For questions to the speaker, kindly write down your question on the query slips provided. Kindly write your name, delegate number on the query slip. In case of paucity of time the scientific committee plans to e-mail you the answers from the speaker.

There is a shuttle service between the Scientific Venue and the Trade Centre. This service will also drop you at the main entrance. The service is specially designed for senior citizens, children and ladies. Kindly give precedence to them.

The entry into the dining area is through bar coding scanners/lunch coupons. Kindly present your delegate badge/lunch coupon at this area. In case you require additional food coupons you can purchase them at the designated counter. The tariff for children above 5 years and adults is Lunch Rs Five Hundred only and for Banquet is Rs. One Thousand only.

The official banquets have been planned at the Hitex Trade Centre, in the venue. Entry to the banquet area is restricted to registered delegates and invitees. Please present your delegate badges or invitation.

Tea and Coffee facility is available at the Hospitality Lounges in the trade area. Please do not litter used glasses.
