Delegates will be provided free transport buses from 3 three pick up points to Hitex conference venue. The pickup points are

Free transport buses will be provided on main conference days only which are 8th, 9th, and 10th of January 2010. Three buses will leave from above points with 30 minutes interval that is 0730 hours, 0800 hours and 0830 hours. One bus will start from Paryatak Bhavan (Begumpet) at 0800 hours.
Buses will be provided to drop the delegates at the above points from Hitex, Novotel, after the banquet. Buses will start leaving from Hitex from 2200 hours onwards with 30 minutes at 2200 hours, 2230 hours, 2300 hours and 2330 hours.
4 buses will be leaving from Hitex to the above points at 1730 hours for those delegates who want to go back to their respective hotels and the same bus will start at 1930 hours from above points.
